Account request or website issue?
Use the support channel published by the service holding your account for recovery, verification decisions, service records and restrictions. Check the receiving address or platform account before sending a message. Include the issue and approximate time, but keep passwords and verification codes private.
A broken link, incorrect sentence or display problem on this website is different. Use the published website contact options for those editorial matters. Where a contact method has not been published, no hidden support service or guaranteed response is implied.
Make the report easy to understand
Describe the action you took, what you expected and what appeared instead. Include the page address, the approximate time and the device or browser involved. A short sequence of events is usually clearer than several unrelated screenshots.
Redact personal details before attaching an image to a public message. Keep the original privately if the external service later asks for it through a secure process. Do not include passwords, one-time codes, full identification documents or complete account credentials in a general issue report.
Check the channel before sending
Use contact details published by the service you actually need to reach. A forwarded username, group invitation or familiar profile picture can belong to a different person. Recheck the destination when a conversation moves from a public channel to a private message.
Stop when someone asks you to disclose a secret, install a remote-control application or make an unexplained payment to obtain help. Keep verification codes inside the process that requested them and reject unsolicited requests to share them.
For mobile and loading problems
Record whether the issue occurs before sign-in, during a form submission or after opening a session. Note any connection change and read the displayed error without repeatedly sending the same request. A screenshot alone may not show what happened immediately before it.
App covers device-session situations; Download addresses source and installation questions. Login keeps recovery problems separate from a new registration.
For corrections to this website
Identify the exact wording or link you believe needs correction and explain the replacement you suggest. A source supporting a factual correction is useful; there is no need to include private account information. Reports should concern the page itself, not assume we control an external service.
Check Contact for the current editorial contact status. FAQ contains answers to recurring website questions. No review deadline, customer-service availability or successful outcome is promised.
